Delhi HC: Homemaker’s Services Cannot Be Ignored in Compensation Due to Age - (14 Oct 2026)

Delhi High Court held that a homemaker’s unpaid household and caregiving services cannot be ignored in accident compensation merely due to age, stressing that compensation must not rely on stereotypes that people above 70 cease contributing to their families.
