Kerala High Court Directs Photos and Videos of Illegal Vehicle Modifications in Accident Reports - (14 Oct 2026)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Kerala High Court directed the Motor Vehicles Department to include photos and videos of illegal vehicle modifications in accident reports uploaded to the Electronic Detailed Accident Report (e-DAR) portal, while hearing a suo motu case on road safety and unauthorised vehicle modifications.
