Delhi HC: Pre-Marital Disability Cannot Be Used to Avoid Maintenance to Wife and Child - (14 Oct 2026)

Delhi High Court held that a husband cannot rely solely on a pre-existing disability to avoid maintaining his wife and minor child, though the extent of disability may be considered while fixing the amount of interim maintenance.
