Kerala High Court Orders State to Pay Rs. 21,000 Post-Surgery Assistance to Transgender Person - (13 Oct 2026)

Kerala High Court directed the State to pay Rs. 21,000 to a transgender person as post-operative financial aid after gender-affirming surgery. The order came after the government said approval for releasing the amount was awaited.
