Delhi High Court: Litigants Cannot Claim a Bench Change as a Right After Roster Changes - (12 Oct 2026)

Delhi High Court held that a roster change does not give litigants a right to seek a different Bench. Allocation of cases is the Chief Justice’s administrative prerogative, while continuation of part-heard matters depends on their stage and judicial time already invested.
