Gujarat High Court: Judicial Officer Cannot Seek HC Judge’s Transfer over Housing Grievance - (12 Oct 2026)

Gujarat High Court upheld a judicial officer’s dismissal, holding that demanding the transfer of a sitting High Court judge and threatening to sleep on the pavement over inadequate accommodation amounted to serious misconduct warranting removal from service.
