Delhi High Court Orders 125 Websites Using Jio Trademark for Lottery and Gaming to Be Suspended - (12 Oct 2026)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court ordered suspension of 125 websites allegedly misusing the Jio trademark for lottery and gaming services, finding them prima facie rogue websites. It also directed Google to remove an infringing webpage hosted on its Blogger platform.
