MP High Court Strikes Down 27% OBC Quota, Restores Reservation to 14% - (12 Oct 2026)

CONSTITUTION

Madhya Pradesh High Court struck down the 2019 amendment providing 27% OBC reservation, holding that available data showed OBCs were adequately represented in higher education and public services. The Court restored the OBC quota to 14%.
