Mumbai Industrial Court Charges Sun Pharma with Unfair Labour Practices - (01 Aug 2016)

Mumbai Industrial Court has held that Sun Pharmaceutical Industries adopted unfair labour practices by holding back salaries of 86 sales promotion employees since May after they protested planned changes in service conditions.
