Kerala High Court Sets Aside KAAPA Preventive Detention Order Against BJP Councillor R Suguthan - (07 Oct 2026)

Kerala High Court set aside the preventive detention of BJP councillor R Sugathan under the Kerala Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act (KAAPA), 2007, while allowing a petition filed by his wife challenging the detention order issued against him on June 8.
