MP HC Plea Challenges Municipal Law Over Simhastha Kumbh Road Widening and Compensation - (07 Oct 2026)

Madhya Pradesh High Court issued notice on a plea challenging Section 305 of the MP Municipal Corporation Act, 1956, in relation to Simhastha Kumbh road widening, questioning the Corporation’s power to remove or set back structures beyond the regular street line.
