Supreme Court: NDPS Prosecution Cannot Be Quashed Solely Over Co-Accused’s Disclosure - (06 Oct 2026)

NARCOTICS

Supreme Court held that while confessions under Section 67 or disclosure statements under Section 53A of the NDPS Act cannot by themselves sustain a conviction, their mere presence is insufficient to quash an NDPS prosecution at the threshold.
