Delhi High Court Stays Rs. 213 Crore SAIL Payout to British Firm over Unstamped Arbitral Award - (05 Oct 2026)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court blocked release of over Rs. 213 crore deposited by SAIL in favour of British Marine PLC, holding that an unstamped arbitral award is not executable. It therefore rejected British Marine’s plea seeking release of the balance amount.
