J&K&L HC: Minority During Attestation Cannot Justify Decades-Long Delay in Challenging Mutation - (01 Oct 2026)

J&K&L High Court held that minority at the time of mutation cannot justify decades of inaction after attaining majority. Finding the delay of over five decades unexplained despite other cited circumstances, the Court dismissed the challenge to a 1970 mutation.
