MP HC: FIR Cannot Be Quashed Merely for Not Specifying Accused’s Role - (30 Sep 2026)

CRIMINAL

Madhya Pradesh High Court held that an FIR cannot be quashed merely because it does not specify the exact role of each accused. The Court observed that an FIR is not an encyclopedia and need not contain every detail of the alleged offence.
