Rajasthan HC: One Voter's Absence cannot Halt Election or Warrant Re-Poll - (29 Sep 2026)

ELECTION

Rajasthan High Court held that the absence of a single voter during polling cannot justify postponing an election or ordering re-polling. The Court observed that allowing such grounds could lead to endless election delays whenever any voter is unable to cast a vote.
