Delhi HC: Foreign Travel Restrictions must not Obstruct Pregnant Foreigner's Medical Care - (28 Sep 2026)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court declined an Afghan woman’s plea to travel to the UK amid a criminal probe but directed police to ensure the restriction does not hinder timely antenatal, diabetic or other medical care required by her and her unborn twins.
