MP High Court: Article 227 Cannot Be Invoked to Quash Wife’s Conjugal Rights Proceedings - (28 Sep 2026)

Madhya Pradesh High Court held that an Article 227 petition seeking to quash proceedings for restitution of conjugal rights is not maintainable. The husband had challenged his wife’s section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act plea as an abuse of process.
