Madras HC: MLAs Cannot Challenge Assembly Vote Later if They Raised No Objection During Voting - (24 Sep 2026)

Madras High Court held that MLAs who remain silent during voting on a proposed amendment cannot later challenge the procedure adopted for its passage in court, particularly when they had an opportunity to raise objections at the relevant stage.
