J&K&L HC: Repeat Narcotics Offences After Release Can Justify Preventive Detention - (22 Sep 2026)

J&K&L High Court upheld preventive detention under the PIT NDPS Act, holding that repeated involvement in narcotics offences after release can justify detention where ordinary law proves inadequate. It noted the detenu’s continued involvement in multiple NDPS cases despite bail.
