Delhi HC: Narco Test Cannot Be Forced on an Accused Without Consent - (22 Sep 2026)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court held that a complainant cannot compel an accused to undergo a Narco Analysis Test without consent. The Court observed that consent is a personal and non-derogable safeguard available to the person subjected to such a test.
