MP HC: Civil Suits May Be Consolidated Where Issues and Evidence Are Common - (22 Sep 2026)

Madhya Pradesh High Court held that civil suits can be consolidated only when they involve similar issues and common evidence is sufficient to decide them. It dismissed a revision petition challenging an order that had rejected a request for consolidation.
