Gujarat HC Allows Seven-Day Parole to Convict in Bilkis Bano Case - (21 Sep 2026)

CRIMINAL

Gujarat High Court granted seven-day parole to Radheshyam Shah, a life convict in the Bilkis Bano case, after considering the grounds raised in his plea and his jail record, and exercised discretion in his favour.
