Delhi HC: Lawyer’s Office May Be Searched if Prima Facie Involvement is Shown - (21 Sep 2026)

Delhi High Court held that advocate-client privilege is not an absolute shield where prima facie material suggests a lawyer acted beyond the role of legal adviser and may have been involved in the conduct under investigation.
