NCLAT: Suspended Directors Must Give Confidentiality Undertaking to Access Resolution Plan - (21 Sep 2026)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT held that suspended directors may be required to give a confidentiality undertaking before accessing resolution plans and other sensitive CIRP material, ruling that their right to participate must be balanced with the duty to preserve confidentiality.
