P&H High Court: Illegal Search Alone Does Not Justify Quashing of Complaint under PNDT Act - (18 Sep 2026)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Punjab and Haryana High Court held that an allegedly unauthorised inspection does not automatically invalidate a complaint under the PNDT Act. Where the statutory Authority independently considers and sanctions prosecution, the complaint and recovered material remain valid.
