CCPA Fines Xboom Rs.10 Lakh over Anti-Drone Ads Lacking Licence Disclosure - (18 Sep 2026)

CONSUMER

CCPA imposed a Rs. 10 lakh penalty on Xboom Utilities for advertising anti-drone systems and jammers without prominently disclosing mandatory licensing requirements. It also directed the company to stop such advertisements and offers unless regulatory approvals are clearly stated.
