SC: Lessee Cannot Challenge Eviction After Landowner Withdraws Plea - (17 Sep 2026)

Supreme Court held that lessees cannot challenge eviction through a writ petition when the landowner trust’s challenge had already failed and its SLP was withdrawn. The ruling arose from eviction proceedings involving M/s Kishan Chand Foundation Trust in Telangana.
