P&H HC Quashes Case, Holds 'Heart Lung Pack' was not a Notified Drug in 2010 - (16 Sep 2026)

CRIMINAL

Punjab and Haryana High Court quashed a criminal case against a manufacturer over making a “Heart Lung Pack” without a drug licence, holding that the product was not notified as a drug at the relevant time and later clarifications could not apply retrospectively.
