Delhi High Court rejected P.B. Agro LLP’s plea challenging Maharashtra FDA show-cause notices to Vimal Elaichi ambassadors Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn and Tiger Shroff over alleged misrepresentation of the tobacco-free product in advertisements.
