Karnataka HC: Refusing to Return Child’s Volleyball, Asking for Parent Not Abetment of Suicide - (14 Sep 2026)

Karnataka HC said that “Merely because the accused refused to give back his ball and directed him to bring his father cannot be taken as an abetment to commit suicide,”.
