Delhi High Court Restrains Beco’s Ad Campaign Targeting HUL’s Surf Excel and Vim - (11 Sep 2026)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court restrained Beco from continuing its campaign targeting HUL’s Surf Excel and Vim. It held that comparative ads become unlawful when false, misleading or deceptive, and found Beco had prima facie failed to prove the truth of its claims.
