Supreme Court: Outgoing Partner’s Share Valued on Assessment Date, Not Dissolution Date - (10 Sep 2026)

Supreme Court held that on dissolution of a partnership at will, an outgoing partner’s share is not fixed on the dissolution date but must be determined according to the value of the partnership assets on the date of actual valuation.
