Allahabad HC: ‘Sar Tan Se Juda’ Hits Sovereignty, Unlike ‘Allahu-Akbar’, ‘Jai Shri Ram’ - (08 Sep 2026)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court, rejecting Maulana Taukir Raza Khan’s bail plea, held that “Sar Tan Se Juda” cannot be compared with religious slogans like “Allahu-Akbar,” “Jo Bole So Nihal,” “Jai Shri Ram” or “Har Har Mahadev.”
