Kerala High Court: Married Woman Cannot Claim Sex Was Based Solely on Promise of Marriage - (08 Sep 2026)

CRIMINAL

The Kerala High Court recently quashed criminal proceedings against a man accused under Section 69 BNS of having sexual intercourse with a married woman on an alleged promise of marriage.
