Patna High Court: Mere Sight of Spouse in Compromising Position doesn't Prove Adultery - (07 Sep 2026)

Patna High Court has dismissed a husband’s divorce plea based on adultery and cruelty, holding that merely finding a spouse in a “compromising position” does not by itself prove sexual intercourse with another person.
