Delhi HC Put Stay on SDMs Order Barring Lawyers from Appearing - (01 Aug 2016)

Delhi HC has put on hold an order and a public notice issued by two Sub Divisional Magistrates (SDMs) prohibiting lawyers from practicing or appearing before them in marriage registration matters.
