Bombay HC Permits OTT Release of Hindi Film ‘Bandar’ Subject to Appropriate Disclaimers - (31 Aug 2026)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Bombay High Court permitted the OTT release of Anurag Kashyap’s Bandar, subject to English and Hindi disclaimers. The order came in a rape survivor’s suit alleging the film monetised her trauma. The Court allowed its scheduled digital premiere on August 28.
