Supreme Court: Plaint Cannot Be Rejected Where Ad Valorem Court Fee Depends on Disputed Facts - (25 Aug 2026)

Supreme Court held that a plaint cannot be rejected under Order VII Rule 11 CPC for non-payment of ad valorem court fee where the liability to pay such fee depends on disputed facts, including possession and other issues requiring adjudication.
