MP HC: Employment Secured Through Forged Records Gives No Right to Hold Public Office - (24 Aug 2026)

Madhya Pradesh High Court upheld cancellation of a Gram Rojgar Sahayak’s appointment, holding that public employment obtained through forged records creates no right to hold public office. Manipulation of records to bypass the cut-off date rendered the appointment void ab initio.
