SC: Wife’s Income does not Reduce Father’s Duty to Maintain Children - (21 Aug 2026)

Supreme Court set aside an Allahabad High Court order reducing interim maintenance, holding that child-support obligations cannot be divided arithmetically. A wife’s income alone does not justify reducing the husband’s liability to maintain the children.
