SC: Government Cannot Revisit PSC Eligibility Decision When Service Rules Make it Final - (21 Aug 2026)

SERVICE

Supreme Court held that where service rules give finality to the Public Service Commission’s eligibility decision, the government cannot reassess a candidate once the Commission has declared them eligible and recommended appointment.
