Delhi HC: Exam Integrity is a Shared Duty of Candidates and Authorities - (20 Aug 2026)

EDUCATION

Delhi HC stressed that exam integrity is shared responsibility of candidates and authorities. It upheld cancellation of a doctor’s Fellowship of National Board Cardiac Electrophysiology candidature for misrepresenting her Doctorate of National Board Cardiology qualification & imposed Rs.1,000 costs.
