Karnataka High Court: Stalking and Ruining Marriage Prospects Can Prima Facie Amount to Abetment - (20 Aug 2026)

Karnataka High Court held that persistent stalking, threats to circulate photos and sabotaging a woman’s marriage prospects prima facie amounted to abetment to suicide, and refused to quash proceedings, leaving the allegations to be examined at trial.
