Delhi HC: 2015 Commercial Courts Act Applicable to Suits Instituted Before its Enactment - (17 Aug 2026)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court stated that “We hold that the provisions of the Commercial Courts Act shall be applicable to suits filed prior to its commencement, even if the suits were converted or re-numbered into commercial suits only on a later date”
