Supreme Court Criticizes Courts For Conducting ‘Mini-Trials’ in Temporary Injunction Matters - (14 Aug 2026)

Supreme Court deprecated mini-trials at the stage of granting interim injunctions, holding that courts must limit their findings to whether a prima facie case exists, the balance of convenience favours relief, and irreparable injury would result without it.
