Supreme Court: Winding-Up Proceedings Period Cannot be Excluded under Section 14 Limitation Act - (13 Aug 2026)

LIMITATION

Supreme Court held that the period spent pursuing winding-up proceedings cannot be excluded under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for filing a recovery suit, as the reliefs sought in the two proceedings are fundamentally different.
