Delhi HC Affirms Teacher's POCSO Conviction, Urges Schools to Encourage Children to Speak Up - (13 Aug 2026)

Delhi High Court said educational institutions must make children conscious of their rights and create a supportive environment where they can freely report conduct that leaves them feeling threatened, uncomfortable or unsafe.
