Delhi HC: Courts Cannot Judge Sufficiency of Material For Issuing Look Out Circular - (13 Aug 2026)

DIRECT TAXATION

Delhi High Court held that courts cannot sit in appeal over the subjective satisfaction of an authority issuing a Look Out Circular and cannot examine whether sufficient material existed to justify the LOC.
