Delhi HC: Wife’s Interim Maintenance Cannot be Based Solely on Husband’s Income - (12 Aug 2026)

Delhi High Court held that interim maintenance cannot be awarded to a wife solely based on the husband’s income. The Family Court must consider all relevant factors cumulatively, even where the husband is financially well-off.
